OUR BEFORECARE GUIDE

HOW TO PREP FOR A BROW LAMINATION:

Prior to your brow lamination appointment, we recommend the following:

1. Avoid using exfoliants, retinoids, or AHAs on your face for one to two weeks before your brow lamination.
2. Avoid tweezing at least one week prior to your appointment (if you're interested, we do offer the option to add on a brow wax to your lamination appointment).
3. Avoid skin treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels and spray tan on the face prior to the appointment.

HOW TO PREP FOR A LASH LIFT:

Prior to your lash lift appointment, we recommend the following:

1. Ensure your lashes are clean and free of any oils or products. You can gently cleanse them with a mild cleanser the night before.
2. Inform your technician of any allergies or sensitivities you have, especially to adhesives or chemicals.
3. If you've been using eyelash serums, stop using them a few days before your appointment to avoid any potential reactions.

HOW TO PREP FOR A BROW WAX:

Prior to your brow waxing appointment, we recommend the following:

1. Gently exfoliate the brow area a day or two before your appointment to remove dead skin cells.
2. If you've been tweezing, allow your hair to grow out for at least 1-2 weeks. This ensures there's enough hair for the wax to grab.
3. Skip retinol, AHA & BHA, and other strong skincare products around the brow area up to a week prior, as they can irritate the skin.
4. Avoid skin treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels and spray tan on the face prior to the appointment.

HOW TO PREP FOR TEETH WHITENING:

Prior to your teeth whitening appointment, we recommend the following:

1. Maintain good oral hygiene leading up to your appointment. An hour before your appointment, GENTLY brush your teeth to remove any food residue.
2. Do not eat any foods that will stain your teeth (Eat 1-2 hours before your appointment).
3. If you have sensitive teeth, use a sensitive toothpaste a few days leading up to your appointment.
4. Consult with a dentist prior (1-2 weeks before) to ensure you're eligible for a teeth whitening treatment.
